  • 所有斑点虾为新鲜海捕、当日港口交付。受天气、海况、渔船安全等不可抗力因素影响,如当天无法如期靠港,订单将顺延至下一个可供货日期
  • 斑点虾属高风险易腐商品,我们致力于提供最新鲜的产品,但在交货过程中存在不可预测的轻微个体差异(如大小、颜色、数量误差约 ±5%),敬请理解。

🚫 2. 不可退换政策

  • 海鲜产品属于易腐商品,一经售出,恕不接受退换或取消订单(除非我们无法按计划交货)。
  • 如客户下单后无故缺席取货,订单将视为自动放弃,不予退款,敬请留意取货时间与地点安排。

Thank you for choosing Joyful Fishing for your fresh, wild-caught BC spot prawns. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please carefully read the following terms before placing your order:

📦 1. Ordering & Delivery Schedule
  • All spot prawns are freshly caught and delivered dockside on the same day whenever possible.
  • However, due to weather, sea conditions, vessel safety, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed. In such cases, your order will be rescheduled to the next available date.
  • As a natural product, minor variations in size, color, or weight (±5%) may occur and are considered normal.
🚫 2. No Returns or Exchanges
  • Due to the perishable nature of seafood, all sales are final.
  • No returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted after your order is placed, except in the case of non-fulfillment on our part.
  • If you miss your scheduled pickup without prior notice, your order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
⚠️ 3. Allergy & Consumption Warning
  • Spot prawns are a shellfish product. If you have known allergies, please do not consume.
  • Joyful Fishing is not responsible for any health issues resulting from individual allergies or sensitivities.
